Welcome to the Course Add/Drop Request Form for Fall 2025/2026This form is used to request changes to a student’s academic schedule. Please read carefully before submitting:

- All requests must be submitted by the deadline: Thursday, September 18th.
- Submissions are reviewed by the school administration before becoming final.
- Some courses have limited space, and requests are subject to availability.
- Parent/guardian awareness and consent are required for all course changes.
- This form must be completed under the student's official school email account as a form of verification.
- Continue to attend your currently enrolled courses until final approval and notification are received.
- Requests will be processed within 2 business days.
- Minimum Course Load: We will not approve dropping a class if it results in falling below required academic minimums (six academic classes in grades 9–11, five academic classes in grade 12). If needed, you must request to add a class to maintain the minimum requirements.
- You will receive a confirmation once your request has been reviewed.
