Dates & Deadlines
  • October 1 - UC and Cal State applications are available online. UC application submission deadline is December 2nd, priority application filing period for Cal State universities ends on December 2nd.
  • October 1 - CSS Profile is available online. The FAFSA is available for selected students and institutions
  • November 1 - Early action (application) deadline for many colleges and universities
  • December 1 - FAFSA is available online to all students and institutions. This date has been changed!

Need Help with Your College Applications?

Senior students now have access to a Canvas course, which provides resources helpful to the college application process. Additionally, Lisa will be available in her office to assist students with their college apps. Please email her if you would like to schedule an appointment at [email protected]. Students are strongly encouraged to apply to colleges before early application deadlines in order to qualify for scholarships. 

ALL RHETORIC STUDENTS

We invite College Admissions Representatives to speak to students on our school campus. Parents are strongly encouraged to attend presentations! Below is our upcoming schedule of presentations. 
  • October 22, 10:30-10:55 (chapel) - New Saint Andrews College
  • November 5, 10:30-10:55 (chapel) - The Master's University

Also, many local colleges are currently hosting preview events on their campuses. Students must register for these events beforehand. Finally, the Christian College Fair will be held on the Oaks Christian School campus on October 29th at 6-8 p.m. Representatives from Christian colleges from around the country will be in attendance to speak with students and provide information. Students are encouraged to pre-register for this event (please see your college counselor for more information).
