Important Dress Code Information
Gentlemen are expected to wear button-down shirts, jeans or slacks, and nice tennis shoes or boots. Jeans with holes, tears, or frays are not acceptable. Western hats and boots are encouraged but not required!
Ladies are expected to wear sundresses that are knee-length or longer, with no slits, no low-cut tops, no cleavage, no halter tops, no open backs, and not bodycon style. Dresses must have a loose skirt and two straps. Western hats and boots are encouraged but not required!
We will not be asking the ladies to send in pictures of their dresses this year for approval prior to the dance. While families will have differing opinions on what type of wear is acceptable for an event, we are asking that - in the spirit of Christian hospitality - families would uphold the dress code standards we have outlined for the event.
Any student that arrives at the event with an outfit that does not meet the above guidelines will be asked to change before admittance into the dance. If a student has a question about a particular dress prior to the dance, she may ask our Assistant Principal, Mrs. Jessica Diaz, and she would be happy to talk with them about whether that dress meets the guidelines.
Students bringing a non-BHCA student are required to fill out the Guest Permission Form.
