Welcome to Beacon Hill Classical Academy’s Online Transcript Request page. Here, you can easily request transcripts for college applications, employment, or personal use.
How To Request A Transcript:
Submit your request: Complete the online request form by clicking the “Transcript Request” button below. Please ensure all required fields are accurately filled out.
Processing Time: Allow up to 7 business days for processing and delivery. For mailed forms, add 3 business days.
ATTENTION SENIORS:
If you will be submitting a college application using the Common Application (commonapp.org) you need to submit the transcript request below so that we can confirm submission of your request. Please fill out the following section:
SENIORS: Is this request for a college application submitted through the Common Application website (commonapp.org)?
Please use the email address [email protected] as the college counselor's contact email address if using the Common App.

- If you select “YES”, provide the date the request was submitted and skip to the RELEASE OF INFORMATION STATEMENT at the bottom of the form. Your request will be processed through the Common Application Portal.
- If you select “NO”, complete the full request form.
