Admissions Process
1. Application*Complete the online application. A $75 application fee is due at the time of submission for the application to be complete. An interview will not be scheduled until all application materials are submitted.

2. InterviewThe school office will contact you to set up an appointment with Mr. Deutsch, Head of School. Families will be interviewed regarding their eligibility for enrollment as well as their understanding of the mission and vision of the school.

3. TestingProspective student will complete literature, math, and any other assessments deemed necessary.

4. AcceptanceIf accepted, parents will receive an email notification that includes instructions on completing the enrollment process.

*KINDER ONLY Upon completion of the online application, please email, mail, or deliver the following:
- Two letters of recommendation, one from your Pastor (i.e., a Lead Pastor, a Youth Leader, Sunday School Teacher or Children's Director) and one from a current/former teacher or a friend/neighbor
*GRADES 1-9 Upon completion of the online application, please email or mail in the following:
- Report Cards: 2 years, including current report card or progress report (as applicable)
- List of courses student currently enrolled in
- If your child has an existing or new 504/IEP Plan or any learning or processing disabilities, please submit a copy and explain in detail
- Two current writing samples (i.e., book report, recent essay)
- Two letters of recommendation, one from your Pastor (i.e., a Lead Pastor, a Youth Leader) and one from a current/former teacher
- The above documents are necessary for all incoming applicants, including those in the wait pool
*GRADES 10-12 Upon completion of the online application, please email or mail in the following:
- List of courses student currently enrolled in
- Official Transcripts of credits must be received
- If your child has an existing 504/IEP plan, please submit a copy**
- Two current writing samples (i.e., book report, recent essay)
- Two letters of recommendation, one from your Pastor (i.e., a Lead Pastor, a Youth Leader) and one from a current/former teacher
- The above documents are necessary for all incoming applicants, including those in the wait pool
*All the above listed items must be received by the school in order to schedule your family interview.
**Failure to provide accurate paperwork may impact your enrollment
Once we receive all the above required documents, should a spot become available in the grade(s) you are requesting, you will be contacted by the school office for a family interview.
